Meet the Owner - Karrina N. Stafford

Hello, I’m Karrina N. Stafford, the proud owner of Small Town Balloons & Things. With over a decade of experience as a business professional specializing in digital product management, I have successfully led and launched high-impact projects for well-known brands like JCPenney, Walmart, H-E-B, Academy Sports & Outdoors, and Walden University.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University. My career has always been driven by a passion for solving business challenges, enhancing customer experiences, and creating innovative solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.

My journey to establish Small Town Balloons & Things began with a vision to revitalize my community by bringing creativity, joy, and new business opportunities to Ringgold, LA, and its surrounding areas. I’ve spent years refining processes, launching strategic initiatives, and enhancing product experiences — all of which prepared me to bring my own creative vision to life.

Through Small Town Balloons & Things, I am dedicated to providing beautiful, custom-made balloon designs that make every occasion special, while also contributing to the growth and vibrancy of my hometown.
