We are excited to bring joy to your celebrations through our convenient balloon delivery service! Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

📍 Where We Deliver:

We currently provide local delivery to:

  • Ringgold, LA

  • Surrounding areas within a set mile radius (Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability).

📆 Delivery Hours:

We deliver during the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

✔️ Delivery Options:

1. Same-Day Delivery:

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday) & 10:00 AM (Saturdays).
  • Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

2. Next-Day & Pre-Scheduled Deliveries:

  • Available for any order placed in advance.
  • Simply select your desired date and time during checkout.

📞 How To Place A Delivery Order:

  1. Select your desired products and add them to your cart.
  2. Choose “Local Delivery” as your delivery option at checkout.
  3. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred date and time (if applicable).
  4. Receive a confirmation message before delivery.

📦 Important Delivery Policies:

  • Customer Presence: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive your order.
    • Attempt to contact you.
    • Leave the order in a safe place (if weather permits).
    • Reschedule delivery for an additional fee if necessary.
    • If no one is available, we will:
  • Weather Conditions:
    • Deliveries may be rescheduled due to severe weather. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.
  • No Refunds For Missed Deliveries:
    • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the selected delivery window.

📍 Pickup Option (If Applicable):

For your convenience, we also offer scheduled pickups at:

  • Ringgold Sheriff’s Office Parking Lot
  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and follow the instructions.
  • You will receive a pickup confirmation message before your scheduled time.
