Q1: What services do you offer?
A: We offer local balloon delivery, custom balloon arrangements, party decor, and personalized balloons for special occasions.

Q2: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Ringgold, LA, and provide delivery services to the surrounding areas. Pickup options are also available.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Ordering & Delivery:

Q4: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, select your desired balloons, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose between Local Delivery or Pickup during checkout.

Q5: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday โ€“ Friday) and 10:00 AM (Saturdays). Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

Q6: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to Ringgold, LA, and surrounding areas within a set mile radius. Please enter your address at cart page to confirm availability.

Q7: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery fees are based on mileage within the Ringgold town limits. The fee will be displayed at checkout.

Q8: What happens if Iโ€™m not available to receive my delivery?
A: If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. If we canโ€™t reach you, we may leave the order in a safe place (weather permitting) or reschedule for an additional fee.

Q9: Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
A: Yes! We offer scheduled pickups at the Ringgold Sheriffโ€™s Office Parking Lot. Simply select โ€œLocal Pickupโ€ at checkout and follow the instructions.

Q10: What if I miss my scheduled pickup?
A: Please be on time for your pickup. If you can not meet us at your scheduled time please contact us via email. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for missed pickups.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping (If Applicable):

Q11: Do you offer shipping for your products?
A: Currently, we do not offer shipping for balloons due to their fragile nature. However, we may be able to accommodate special-order shipments. Please contact us before placing an order.

Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and select online payment methods. Orders must be paid in full before processing.

Q13: Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup to receive a refund.

Q15: How far in advance should I place my order for custom designs?
A: We recommend placing custom orders at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
